Hello, my name is Derek Wachter.

I was born and raised in Bismarck, ND.  Growing up, I played several sports, but my main sports were soccer and ice-hockey.  I graduated from Bismarck High School in 2016, and from there, I continued my education at the University of North Dakota where I graduated in 2020 with a B.B.A. in Business Entrepreneurship.

How did I choose to get into real estate?  It was quite simple, actually.  It has been the family business for 50+ years and because of that it was something I grew up with.  My personal path as a professional into the industry was made official in 2019, the year I obtained my North Dakota real estate salesperson license.  In 2023, I decided to continue my real estate career further by successfully obtaining my North Dakota real estate brokers license.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, golfing, sailing, and more.
